Sound Works for Wellness and Weight Loss

I’m excited to introduce a revolutionary 8-week course designed to help you accelerate your wellness goals.  Some will focus primarily on weight loss, while others may have a different focus for their health  Diet, exercise and supplements are certainly key components to successful changes.  But there are additional underlying factors that can contribute or detract from one’s goals.  Ironically, it’s not always enough to focus solely on the body when desiring physical change.  Understanding the underlying forces that govern physical change is where the action really takes place.

The acupuncture system is highly effective in improving health, and sound accelerates the healing process.  This class will focus on both techniques and provide participants with the opportunity to transform current unhealthy patterns into positive change. Based on the theme of the 8 pre-meridian channels at the core of the acupuncture system, each class will focus on the nature of a particular channel and its influence on our body’s organ systems.  We will then use sound and other vibrational tools to awaken the healing  dynamics of that particular channel.  By the end of the 8 weeks, participants should feel completely empowered to reach their wellness goals if not already well on their way to achieving it. The process of getting there is the quality of being there.

Classes are $10 each or $60 for ALL.  It is not necessary to attend all, but is recommended in order to receive the benefits associated with each channel.
